Refund policy
Due to the personal and intimate nature of our jewellery and accessories, we do not accept returns unless the item purchased is faulty. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any items that are not faulty. This includes all earrings and hair accessories.
Other items can be exchanged if returned in their original packaging unworn and in new condition within 14 days.
We do not accept returns on headpieces, or earrings unless they have a manufacturing fault.
Faulty Items
If you believe you have received a faulty item, please follow these steps:
1. Contact Us: Reach out to us via email at agjboutique@aol.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and a description of the fault.
2. Provide Evidence: Please include photos or additional information so we can clearly understand the issue. We need this to process your request.
3. Assessment: Once we have assessed the fault, we will provide you with further instructions on how to return the item and the next steps involved.
Refund Process
Approval: If the item is deemed faulty, we will process a full refund to your original payment method or offer an exchange, based on your preference.
